Ashar Locker’s rubber tension screens are crafted from two layers of high-quality, wear-resistant rubber, reinforced with a high-tensile cord between these layers.

For thinner cloths (ranging from 3mm to 15mm in thickness), a single-ply fabric reinforcement is employed, while the 20mm, 25mm, and 35mm thick cloths utilize a double-layer reinforcement. This fabric reinforcement ensures consistent and precise tensioning of the screen cloth.

Please note that rubber screen mats with apertures of 10mm or less will be provided with slotted apertures unless otherwise specified.
